Terms and Policies
The terms and policies that apply when you use Qoosi.
User Agreement
Last updated on October 8, 2026
This agreement is the contract between you and Qoosi when you use our Services. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your data.
Qoosi is a career network. Our mission is to connect people everywhere with job opportunities and with the companies they want to work for.
Please read this Contract carefully. It sets out your rights and obligations when you use our Services, including limits on our liability, and how disputes between you and Qoosi are resolved.
1.1. The Contract
By clicking “Register”, “Sign In”, or a similar button, or by accessing or using our Services, you agree to a legally binding contract with Qoosi. We call this contract the “Contract” or the “User Agreement”. It includes our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and any additional terms we show you for a specific Service.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept this Contract for it, and “you” then includes that organization.
If you do not agree to this Contract, do not register, sign in, or otherwise use our Services. You may end the Contract at any time, as described in section 6.
1.2. Services Covered
This Contract applies to Qoosi.com, Qoosi-branded apps, including our mobile apps, and the related sites, communications, and services we provide (together, the “Services”), unless a service states that separate terms apply. Registered users are “Members”, and anyone who uses the Services without an account is a “Visitor”.
Some Services, such as paid plans and credits, may come with additional terms that we show you when you use them. If those terms conflict with this Contract, the additional terms govern that Service.
1.3. Who You Are Contracting With
Your Contract is with Qoosi (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Qoosi is the controller of the personal data you give us, that we collect, or that we process in connection with the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Whether you are a Visitor or a Member, our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data, and our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies.
1.4. Changes to These Terms
We may update this Contract, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Services or to the law. Each version shows the date it was last updated.
If a change is material, we will give you reasonable advance notice through the Services, by email, or by other means, so you have time to review it before it takes effect. Changes required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons may take effect sooner. Changes never apply retroactively.
If you do not agree to a change, you can close your account before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after the effective date, you accept the updated terms.
2.1. Scope of License
Subject to this Contract, we give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Services on devices you own or control. You may not distribute the Services, or make them available over a network where several devices could use them at once.
2.2. Acceptable Use
You may use the Services only as this Contract allows. You agree not to:
- Break any applicable law, rule, or regulation, including employment, anti-discrimination, data protection, and consumer protection laws, while accessing or using the Services;
- Create a false identity, impersonate any person or organization, misrepresent your identity, qualifications, employer, or affiliations, or create a company page for an organization you are not authorized to represent;
- Post a job that is not a real, currently open position, or that is misleading, illegal, or discriminatory, or use a job post to promote a pyramid scheme, multi-level marketing, or another business opportunity rather than a job;
- Charge job seekers any fee to apply for a job, to be considered for one, or to be placed in one, or ask them for bank, payment, or identity document details before a genuine offer of employment;
- Use information from the Services, such as profiles, resumes, and contact details, for any purpose other than recruiting, hiring, or looking for work, or sell, rent, or share it with anyone who is not authorized to see it;
- Send spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited messages, or contact Members who have asked you not to;
- Scrape, crawl, copy, or collect data from the Services by any automated means, such as bots, spiders, or scripts, or use any such means to access the Services, without our prior written permission;
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decrypt the Services, or otherwise try to derive their source code;
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security feature, access control, plan limit, or usage limit of the Services, or create several accounts to avoid such a limit or a suspension;
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or overload, flood, or otherwise disrupt the Services or the systems that run them;
- Sell, resell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services, or any access to them, except as this Contract allows;
- Threaten violence, directly or indirectly, promote violence or terrorism, or post adult or pornographic content;
- Harass anyone, or encourage others to target someone with abuse or harassment;
- Attack, threaten, or promote violence against people because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or disease, or run an account whose main purpose is to incite harm against others on these grounds;
- Publish anyone’s private or confidential information, such as credit card numbers, home addresses, or national identity numbers, without their express permission, or post intimate photos or videos that were taken or shared without the consent of the person shown;
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of anyone, including by posting content you do not have the right to share.
If an account, or any account linked to it, does any of these things, we may remove the content, limit the account, lock it temporarily, or suspend it permanently, as described in sections 4.4 and 6.
3.1. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least the Minimum Age. The Minimum Age is 16, unless the law requires you to be older for Qoosi to provide the Services to you without parental consent, in which case the Minimum Age is that older age;
- Be able to enter into a binding contract with Qoosi and not be barred from using the Services by any applicable law;
- Not have been previously suspended or banned from the Services by Qoosi.
3.2. Your Account
Members are account holders. You sign in to Qoosi with a Talkou account, and the email address and phone number of that account are managed in Talkou under its own terms. You agree to:
- Keep your sign-in details secure and confidential, and not share them with anyone;
- Have only one personal account, and keep its information accurate and up to date;
- Not transfer any part of your account, such as a company page, to anyone else, except through the team and role features the Services provide;
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission;
- Follow the law and the acceptable use rules in section 2.2.
You are responsible for everything that happens through your account, unless you close it or report its misuse to us.
3.3. Company Pages and Teams
If you create or manage a company page or team, you confirm that you are authorized to do so for that organization. The owner and the admins of a company page or team decide who else may act for it, and are responsible for what its members do in its name, including the jobs they post, the messages they send, and the plans they buy.
When you leave a company or team, or your role is removed, you lose access to its page, its jobs, its candidates, and its plans, even if you paid for them yourself.
3.4. Employers, Recruiters, and Agencies
If you post jobs, search for candidates, or receive applications through the Services, you also agree to:
- Post only real, open positions that you are authorized to fill, and describe the job, its location, its pay where you show it, and the employer accurately;
- Make hiring decisions in line with the law, and not discriminate against anyone on any ground the law protects;
- Use the personal data of candidates only to assess and contact them for the job they applied for or that you invited them to, keep it secure, and delete it when you no longer need it. For the personal data you receive this way, you are a separate controller and are responsible for complying with data protection law;
- If you recruit for a client, have that client’s authority to do so, and not present a job as yours when it is not.
3.5. Job Seekers
If you look for work through the Services, you agree to keep your profile, resume, and applications truthful, and to apply only for jobs you are genuinely interested in. Qoosi is not your employer, agent, or representative, and does not act on your behalf in any application or negotiation.
3.6. Notices and Messages
We send you notices and messages in two ways: within the Services, or through the contact information you gave us, such as your email address or mobile number. You agree to keep your contact information up to date. Notices we send this way count as received when we send them.
4.1. Your License to Qoosi
As between you and Qoosi, you own the content and information you submit or post to the Services. You grant Qoosi only the following non-exclusive license:
A worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process the information and content you provide through the Services, without further consent, notice, or payment to you or anyone else, for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Services. These rights are limited as follows:
- You can end this license for a specific piece of content by deleting it, or for all your content by closing your account. This does not apply (a) where you shared content with others through the Services, such as an application you sent to an employer, and they copied, re-shared, or stored it, or (b) for the reasonable time it takes to remove it from backup and other systems.
- We will not use your content in ads for third-party products and services shown to others without your separate consent. We may, however, show ads near your content and information without paying you or anyone else.
- If you use a feature of the Services, we may mention this, with your name or photo, to promote that feature within the Services, subject to your settings.
- We may edit your content or change its format, for example by translating it, changing its size, layout, or file type, or removing metadata, but we will not change its meaning.
You agree that we may access, store, process, and use the information and personal data you provide in line with our Privacy Policy and your choices, including your settings.
If you send us suggestions or other feedback about the Services, Qoosi may use and share it for any purpose without paying you. We are not obliged to use it.
You agree to provide only content and information that does not break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property rights, and to keep your profile truthful. In some countries, the law may require Qoosi to remove certain information or content.
4.2. Service Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. If we discontinue a paid Service you have already paid for, we will give you reasonable notice and, where the law requires, a fair refund for the unused part.
Qoosi is not a storage service. We do not promise to keep storing or showing anything you post. Except as required by law and as described in our Privacy Policy, we have no obligation to store, maintain, or give you a copy of any content or information that you or others provide.
4.3. Other Content, Sites, and Apps
While using the Services, you may come across content or information that is inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, illegal, offensive, or otherwise harmful, including fraudulent job posts. Qoosi reviews content provided by Members and others, but our resources are limited and reviews may not happen right away. We are not responsible for content or information provided by others, including other Members, or for the sites and apps they link to. We cannot always prevent misuse of the Services, and we are not responsible for any such misuse.
Never pay a fee, or send money or identity documents, to someone you met through the Services in return for a job. If anything looks suspicious, please report it to us.
4.4. Limits
Qoosi may limit how you use the Services, including how much you post, search, message, or apply. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close your account if you breach this Contract or the law, misuse the Services, for example by breaking the acceptable use rules in section 2.2, or put other Members, Qoosi, or the public at risk.
4.5. Reporting and Removal
You can report a profile, company page, job post, message, or other content that you believe breaks this Contract or the law by using the Report option in the Services. We review reports and decide, in our reasonable judgement, whether to take action. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you about action we take on your content or account, explain why, and let you ask us to review the decision.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please report it to us with enough detail for us to find the content and understand your claim.
4.6. Verification Badges
Some Services, such as the Blue Tick, show that a Member or company has completed a verification step we offer. A badge means only that we checked the information we asked for at the time; it is not an endorsement, and it does not guarantee that the Member or company is trustworthy or that its content is accurate. We may remove a badge if the information changes, if the plan behind it ends, or if it is misused.
4.7. Intellectual Property
Qoosi reserves all of its intellectual property rights in the Services. Qoosi, the Qoosi logos, and the other Qoosi trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used for the Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Qoosi. Other trademarks and logos used with the Services belong to their respective owners. You may not use them without prior written permission.
4.8. Automated Processing
We use the information and data you provide, including your activity on the Services, to suggest content and features that may be useful to you. For example, we use it to recommend jobs to you, to recommend your profile to employers and recruiters, and to rank search results.
The position of a job, profile, or company page in lists and search results also depends on whether it is boosted under a paid plan, as described in section 5.4. Keeping your profile accurate and up to date makes these recommendations more relevant.
5.1. Plans and Credits
Some Services are paid. These include Qoosi credits and plans such as Blue Tick, Private Space, Job Post, Company Visibility, Job Seeker, Recruiter, and Recruitment plans (together, “Paid Services”). Before you buy, we show you the price, the term, and what the Paid Service includes. By buying it, you agree to pay that price and to any additional terms we show you.
Plans are paid for with credits from a wallet, either your own or one that belongs to a company or team you are authorized to use. The person or organization that owns the wallet is responsible for every purchase made from it.
5.2. Credits
Credits are a prepaid balance that can be used only to buy Paid Services on Qoosi. Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the Services, except where the law requires otherwise.
If you buy credits through the App Store or Google Play, that store processes the payment under its own terms, and its prices may differ from ours. We may refuse, cancel, or reverse a purchase, and adjust a credit balance, if we find an error, a fraudulent payment, a chargeback, or a breach of this Contract.
5.3. Automatic Renewal
When you buy a plan, you can choose whether it renews automatically. If renewal is on, the plan renews at the end of each term for the same length of term, and its then current price is charged in credits to the wallet you chose, unless you turn renewal off before the term ends. You can turn renewal off at any time in the plan’s settings; the plan then stays active until the end of the term you have already paid for.
If the wallet does not hold enough credits at the time of renewal, the plan does not renew and automatic renewal is turned off.
5.4. Boosts, Visibility, and Results
Some plans boost your jobs, profile, or company page, so that they appear higher in lists and search results, up to a number of views each day set by your plan. Boosted content may be labelled as such. A boost improves visibility only: Qoosi does not guarantee any number of views, applications, candidates, interviews, offers, or hires.
5.5. Job Posting Days
Posting, extending, or reopening a job uses posting days from an active Job Post plan. Days used for a job are not returned if you later shorten, close, or delete it. Unused posting days end when the plan ends, unless the plan states otherwise.
5.6. Refunds
You can ask for a refund of credits you have not used within 7 days of buying them. Credits bought through the App Store are refunded by Apple under its own policy, and when Apple asks, we may share information about how you used those credits to help it decide. Credits bought through Google Play or from us directly are refunded to the original payment method if we grant the request.
Plans, and credits already used, are not refundable, and fees are not refunded when you close your account, unless the law requires a refund, Qoosi discontinues the Service as described in section 4.2, or Qoosi closes your account without cause. Nothing in this section limits any right to a refund or withdrawal that you have under the law of your country.
5.7. Prices and Taxes
We may change our prices going forward. A price change does not affect a term you have already paid for, and we will give you reasonable notice before a new price applies to a renewal. Prices may include or exclude taxes, as shown at checkout, and you are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
6.1. Ending the Contract
You may end this Contract at any time by closing your account and no longer using the Services.
Qoosi may end this Contract, or suspend or close your account, if you breach this Contract or the law, if you misuse the Services as described in section 4.4, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the Services. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you beforehand and explain why, unless the law, a court order, or the safety of others prevents it.
6.2. What Happens When the Contract Ends
When the Contract ends, you lose the right to access or use the Services, including any plans and credits on your account. Your account and its data are then handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Refunds, if any, are handled as described in section 5.6.
Jobs, applications, and messages you have already sent to others may stay with them after your account is closed.
The following continue after the Contract ends: any amounts owed by either party, the licenses you granted for content that others had already shared or copied before the Contract ended, and sections 4.7, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of this Contract.
7.1. No Warranty
To the extent allowed by law, Qoosi provides the Services “as is” and “as available”. We make no promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including of title, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Qoosi does not verify every job post, profile, company page, or other content that Members provide, and does not guarantee that any job, candidate, interview, or hire will result from the Services. Qoosi is not a party to any employment, engagement, or other agreement between Members, and is not an employer, employment agency, or staffing agency. You are responsible for your own decisions about jobs, candidates, and hiring, including any checks you make before you accept an offer or hire someone.
7.2. Exclusion of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Qoosi will not be liable to you or to others for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunities, reputation, profits, or revenue, arising from or relating to the Services or this Contract.
7.3. Limit of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Qoosi’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Services or this Contract will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Qoosi for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.
7.4. Scope of These Limits
These limits are part of the basis of the bargain between you and Qoosi. They apply to all claims, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if Qoosi was told the damage was possible, and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Nothing in this Contract limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you, and you may have consumer rights that this Contract cannot change.
7.5. Claims Against Qoosi Caused by You
If you use the Services for a business or organization, you agree to defend and compensate Qoosi for any claim, loss, or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that a third party brings against Qoosi because of your content, your job posts, your hiring decisions, your use of candidates’ personal data, or your breach of this Contract or the law. This section does not apply to you if you use the Services only as a consumer.
8.1. Talk to Us First
If you have a dispute with Qoosi, please contact us first through the support options in the Services and give us a chance to resolve it. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way. You and Qoosi agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days before starting court proceedings, except where one of us needs urgent relief.
8.2. Governing Law and Courts
This Contract, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it or with the Services, are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts of that country.
9.1. Entire Agreement
This Contract, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any additional terms we show you for a specific Service, is the entire agreement between you and Qoosi about the Services, and replaces any earlier agreement on the same subject.
9.2. Severability and Waiver
If a court finds any part of this Contract unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the greatest extent the law allows, and the rest of the Contract stays in effect. If we do not act on a breach of this Contract, that does not mean we waive our right to act on it, or on a later breach.
9.3. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Contract, or your account, plans, or credits, to anyone without our consent. We may assign this Contract to an affiliate, or to a buyer of all or part of our business, and will tell you if we do.
9.4. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing the Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, or failures of networks, hosting, or other service providers.
9.5. App Stores
If you use our mobile apps, Apple and Google are not parties to this Contract and are not responsible for the Services, but the terms of the App Store or Google Play also apply to your use of the app and to purchases you make through them.
9.6. Language
This Contract may be translated into other languages for your convenience. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version governs, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
If you have questions about this Contract, or want to send us a legal notice, please contact us through Contact support in the Services. To report content or a Member, use the Report option on that content or profile.
