Cookie Policy
Last updated on October 8, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how and when Qoosi uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and use data through our Services, as defined in our Privacy Policy. The Services include our sites, communications, and mobile apps.
Some of these technologies are essential for the Services to work. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before we use the others, and you can change your choices at any time, as described in section 3.
1.1. Cookies
A cookie is a small file placed on your device that lets Qoosi features work. Any browser that visits our sites may receive cookies from us or from our service providers.
We use two types of cookies. A persistent cookie stays in your browser and is read by Qoosi when you return to one of our sites. It lets us recognize you as an existing user, so you can come back to Qoosi without signing in again. A session cookie lasts only for your current session, usually until you leave the site or close your browser.
1.2. Local Storage
Local storage lets a website or app save information on your device. We use it to enable features, remember your preferences, and make the site and apps load faster.
1.3. Other Similar Technologies
We also use other technologies, such as device identifiers, push notification tokens, and tags, for the purposes described in this policy. In this policy, “similar technologies” means all of these, together with local storage.
2.1. Authentication
We use cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit the Services. When you are signed in, they help us show you the right information and personalize your experience according to your settings. For example, cookies let Qoosi identify you and verify your account.
2.2. Security
We use cookies and similar technologies to make your use of the Services faster and more secure. For example, they support our security features, help keep your account safe, and help us detect malicious activity and breaches of our User Agreement.
2.3. Preferences, Features, and Services
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Services work, for example to help you fill out forms more easily and to remember information about your browser and your preferences, such as your preferred language, the view you last used, and your communication preferences.
2.4. Customized Content
We use cookies and similar technologies to tailor the Services to you. For example, we may remember your previous searches so that, when you come back, we can show you more information related to them.
2.5. Analytics and Performance
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics on our websites, to understand how the Services are used, measure how features perform, and improve them. These tools collect data such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the device and browser you use.
2.6. Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to show ads in the Services that are relevant to your general location and interests, to limit how often you see the same ad, and to count how often each ad is viewed and clicked.
2.7. Notifications
In our mobile apps, we use a push notification token provided by your device, through our notification provider, to send you notifications you have allowed, such as new messages, application updates, and plan reminders.
3.1. Browser Settings
Most browsers let you see, block, and delete cookies and local storage in their settings. If you block essential cookies, some parts of the Services, such as signing in, will not work.
3.2. Analytics
You can stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits by using your browser settings or the opt-out tools Google provides.
3.3. Mobile Devices
You can turn push notifications off, and reset or limit the use of your device identifiers, in your device settings.
If you have questions about this Cookie Policy, please contact us through Contact support in the Services.
