Job description

Interacting with software and identifying information needs of software users. 

— Taking part in the organization of processes related to tech documentation creation & support (workflow, technical aspects, automation, standards etc.). 

— Tech documentation creation and support (product & process documentation: system components & architecture description, API, dev/qa guidelines, specs, user journey schemes, user manuals etc.). 

— Effectively communicating with programmers and customers, and extracting information from them in a professional and personable manner.

Hard/soft skills:

• Ability to extract documentation related data from code/tasks description/specs/team members etc. — Understanding of SDLC. — Ability to create technical documentation from scratch. — Generating docs automatically (conditional/alternative sections, multilingual support etc.). — Knowledge of such tools as Microsoft Word, FrameMaker, and RoboHelp, Wiki, Jira, Confluence. — Knowledge and experience in markup languages. — Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
