• Ability to write competently and work with documentation in English
• Experience in HR and Social Media Management is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Duties

• Monitoring and analyzing the market for English speaking candidates in Dnipro
• Drafting and posting job ads and vacancies on work portals and social media
• Conducting phone screening and in-person interviews
• Managing the company’s Instagram page aimed at attracting talented employees
• Monitoring the performance of current employees and their KPI’s
• Conducting internal interviews with current employees
