Job Description

Customer Quality and Sales Quality engineer, for all TT products in TR and related countries. with the tasks;

• Reporting quality figures (FFR, EFC ,VOC...) for the market requirements
• Creation and regular update of Isochrones and Q-PDCAs: EWL (LCK, LPP,...) and Serial Production (Lead Appliances)
• Preparation and performing of periodical customer and Market visits for Q-topics
• External Failure Cost Management of his/her markets
• Early detection & fast reaction in his/her markets and responsibility area
• Product and system knowledge of TTTR products in market range (incl. related countries) by means of technical and design; including market know

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree or similar
• Experience in Production area min. 2 years
• To be familiar with Q methods and processes
• Advanced level of English, German would be an asset
• Good communication skills, methodical working and cooperative team work
• Motivated and competent to work in complex situation
• Experience in material planning and procurement (SAP) system
