Responsibilities:

• Create & manage project plans
• Work multiple projects simultaneously
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
• Maintaining project documentation, such as plans and reports
• Assigning tasks and controlling schedules
• Communicating the project’s progress to team members and other stakeholders
• Analyze risks and opportunities
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value
• Organize & attending stakeholder meetings
• Providing administrative support – included but not limited to scheduling meetings, follow-up on agreed actions, meeting minutes, etc.

• Affinity to work with Data Analytics (or a strong interest to learn)
• Networking experience – strongly desired
• Background in the High-Tech industry
