Oversee country operations management of the Local Product Group in Electrification Business in Peru. Reporting to the Local Product Group Manager, you will be accountable for ensure profit & loss and business growth through the local representation of the Global Product Group.

Your responsibilities

• Implements the Global Product Group strategy in the Country/Cluster, and ensures business development, including profit and loss (P&L), in domestic and allocated market.
• Ensures development of performance targets in line with global targets and ensures achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
• Evaluates market opportunities and decides appropriate activities in line with the strategy.
• Ensures profitable business growth in the domestic and allocated market.
• Oversees production and/or execution of high quality products, services and processes.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

Your background

• 10 years of experience in a management position.
• Sound knowledge of Electrical Integration Solutions (E houses, mobile substations, compact substations, Skids, NSSP).
• Knowledge of Marketing and Supply.
• A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and MBA desirable.
• Advanced English is a must.
