• Support All the Departments: To ensure smooth operation of the Tesla Store, you also support our local sales team on the customer journey up to and including delivery
• Coordinate all the operations: Related to new vehicle deliveries, including the completion of documents and troubleshooting issues in order to give customers a unique delivery experience
• Act as a trusted partner: For multiple departments, ensuring effective collaboration, smooth communication and timely escalations
• Drive process enhancement: You will identify improvements to be made in order to enhance the delivery experience, as well as advising and training colleagues

You are...

• Experienced : A background in sales administration or project coordination, preferably within a B2B, B2C or automotive environment
• An excellent communicator: You communicate clearly and respectfully in English and Norwegian
• A skilled multi-tasker: Capable of effective action multiple priorities, organizing workload and meeting deadlines
• Digitally savvy: You have the ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems
• Flexible team player: You like collaborating closely with different kinds of people and can work in shifts to support your team. This may include weekends as well as morning and evening shifts
• Safe to drive: We require you to hold a fully valid driver's license
