The Role:

• Create and document business and functional requirements: Work closely with Product Managers to understand and document Product strategy
• Elicit Product feature requirements: By using customer/user interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis to communicate requirements to Engineering teams
• Create industry standard business requirement documentation: These documents will feed into the Product development lifecycle
• Document and maintain the Product Library: Including but not limited to Product definition / usability guides, process flows and detailed requirements
• Travel will be required, no more than 10% annually

The Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in in developing industry standard Business Requirements and Technical Specifications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Extreme attention to details, self-starter and able to influence others internally and externally
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines
• Ability to take strategic guidance on product direction and convert it into actionable designs and product development

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Agile Software Development
• Experience in dealing with retail systems or a retail environment
• Experience in dealing with mobile software or mobile technologies
