Legal:

• Draft and amend internal regulations and legislations of LSX
• Provide comments on making or amending external legislations related to LSX
• Coordinate with relevant sectors in order to promote related legislations
• Draft, review and amend agreements between LSX and securities companies
• Review, amend and follow up LSX space rental contract process with the lessees
• Draft and review all contract between LSX and external sectors
• Draft and review the MOU of LSX and other securities exchange
• To be responsible for membership matters such as: member inspection and amend the membership regulation for consistency.
• Prepare materials for Shareholders’ meeting and Board of Director meeting.
• To draft the Directors Meeting Minute

Other:

• Other work as assigned by line manager/director/management.
• Translate as assign by line manager/director/management.

 REQUIREMENTS/ KNOWLEDGES/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCES

• Lao Nationality.
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Law or other related majors.
• Minimum one-year work experience in related fields.
• Good knowledge on enterprise law, securities law, law on contract, financial institution.
• Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak English at an advanced level.
• Good skills on Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, being self-discipline and fair.
• Good ability to handle with multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good mindset and manner of being active, patient, hard working and willingness to learn new things.
