Your new role Initially your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and tailored solutions for overdue accounts, whilst adhering to banking compliance guidelines.

• Your main role will be to recoup existing debt from existing customers and negotiate a payment plan whilst maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism.
• You will take on a consulting role where you will demonstrate empathy and care whilst assisting customers with tailored solutions.

What you'll need to succeed You will have a genuine passion for providing first class customer service.

• You will be able to listen to the customer's needs whilst operating various systems at one time.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Desire to work towards individual targets and team goals.
• Being resilient and able to ask probing questions is a must and previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
