Sales Supervisor
Job Description
- Lead and Motivate the sales team to improve sales and service with customer
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Create a rapport with customers to grow customer loyalty
- Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objective
- Draft detailed and accurate sales reports
- Work with customer to better understand their business needs and goals
- Assess costs, competition, supply and demand to identify selling prices
- Establish a sales training program to train existing and new employee
- Meet with shareholder to assess company performance
- Update clients on new products
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Help to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Create strategy & planning of Sale and Marketing to training team for enhance skill and product knowledge.
- Be able to build branch of company products to market
- Responsible to find new wholesaler, retailer, restaurant, hotel, wine pub…, etc and divide the plans for sales team to implement
Job Requirement
- Min Bachelor’s degree in sale and marketing or other related field
- Approx. 5years experiences in FMCG as Sale or Marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Khmer and English., Having sales personality, High commitment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage tight deadlines
- Self-motivation and maintaining a professional attitude towards customers
- Good PR and interpersonal skill
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and various social media platforms.
- Ability to work extended hours, if needed.
