Job description

1. Directly overseeing day-to-day sales operations.

2. Delivering impactful presentations to customers in Vietnamese about our products and services.

3. Developing and executing robust business strategies, while closely tracking key performance metrics with the marketing and sales team.

4. Proactively researching and identifying new market opportunities and business prospects.

5. Creating and implementing aggressive sales strategies to significantly boost hotel revenue and profit.

6. Formulating and executing a dynamic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a dominant market presence.

7. Establishing and fostering enduring customer relationships by proactively partnering with and comprehensively addressing their needs.

8. Aggressively attracting new clients while nurturing and fortifying relationships with existing customers.

9. Conducting captivating site inspections and tours to spotlight the hotel's capabilities.

10. Firmly negotiating and conclusively settling contracts with clients, including rates and terms and conditions.

Job requirement

- BA/MS degree in hospitality and tourism, business administrative, Sales, Marketing, or other relevant fields.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales Hotels or luxury brand is an advantage.

- Knowledge of hotel and competitive market.

- Ability to communicate customer needs, independently.

- Be able to work under pressure with high responsibility

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
