Marketing Executive
Job description
o Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
o Assist in the creation of marketing content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements.
o Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to develop compelling and engaging content.
o Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging content.
o Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
o Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for the company.
o Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing goals.
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
o Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all marketing activities.
o Provide regular reports on budget allocation and spending.
o Maintain and reinforce the company’s brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media and Communication, Digital Marketing
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing at luxury hotel
- Demonstrate ability to learn, challenge, adapt
- Be creative, flexible, and initiative
