Financial Controller
Job description
• Lead the development, consolidation, and forecasting of annual business plans and budgets.
• Oversee financial reporting, including accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls to mitigate risks.
• Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality and profitability.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions.
• Prepare and consolidate financial reports for corporate management.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
Job requirment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, ACCA, or other related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in Finance
- Experience in Finance from hotel industry is advantage
- Be able to work at Bokor Mountain
