Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist CEO to oversee all aspects of business activities
• Lead, test, implement programs and delivery model set forth in Operational Manual
• Supervise, inspire, and lead high performing of all core programs
• Lead all aspects of capacity upgrading including program partnership with ecosystem builders, both local and international, co-financing scheme proposal, pitch/demo day or business competition, etc.
• Lead all aspects of entrepreneurial cultural promotion in digital marketing including brand awareness, co-branding activities and media management
• Oversee the design and develop marketing strategies and activities to attract more SMEs, startup, venture capitalists, mentors, talents, incubators/accelerators and other potential ecosystem builder
• Lead to increase online and offline engagements, outreach and interactions from the local and international entrepreneurial communities
• Oversee organization of capability workshop or seminar or entrepreneurship day; either jointly or separately with partnered institutions/organizations/ companies
• Initiate Mentorship Panel who will provide business advisory and mentorship to entrepreneurs, startup founders and other beneficiaries and help them grow
• Build investment pipeline and prepare credit appraisal documents and other relevant investment or co-investment proposals;
• Guide the support on legal arrangement and process of disbursement of funds under satisfactory conditions and timely manner;
• Supervise the delivery of technical assistance to prospective investees and beneficiaries for their investment readiness
• Manage all core divisions to undertake other relevant tasks related to market and business outlook, financial investment management and mobilization, but not limited to other tasks assigned by CEO. Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship or other related field. MBA or PhD are welcomed
• At least 8 years in similar role and responsibilities
• Having exposed to, with the leadership role, entrepreneurship programs internationally are highly preferred
• Written and spoken proficiency in English and Khmer, strong business skills and good network in startups and SMEs community are required.
• Have good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure or tight deadlines.
