Corporate Sales manager: $1000 - $1500
Key Roles: Increase sales and grow business for B2B or corporate sales channels of office furniture products supply to the new office set up & existing office building.
Duties: Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth sales, trends, customers, products Develop sales strategies and propose activity plan to achieve sales volume and company objective Arrange business meetings with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone Managing and retaining existing clients and customers' expectations Develop new sales channels and act as business development to create new sales Build a Sales Network and Customer Database to grow sales volume Following up on new business opportunities and setting up new business sales channels for new Business Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty Weekly and monthly reports to the CEO Other tasks will ask by the CEO Requirements
Age 30-40, Cambodian candidate Male or Female Bachelor’s degree in business, sales/ Marketing, or a related field Minimum 5 years of sales experience in real estate (Leasing building, rental office, resident or sell the buildings) or have experience in sales & marketing in Banking or construction materials products If you have experience in an office or bedding supply, construction materials products, real estate (Leasing building, rental office, resident or sales building is a priority An individual with a positive mindset, strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, outgoing person. High-level communication skills Good English capabilities is a must be an advantage. Flexible working hours
