Job responsible :

👉🏻Learning how to work as part of the accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and 

support the business unit or clients 

👉🏻Prepare accounting processes and do analyze accounting records along with other task allocated with 

line manager 

👉🏻Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of 

the department 

👉🏻Manage and oversee the daily factory businesses operations of the finance and accounting department 

👉🏻Lead, train, review, rental collection and monitor subordinates document which prepared by junior 

accountants 

👉🏻Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operation 

👉🏻Assist in preparation of financial reporting, analysis and suggest for irregular issues 

👉🏻Handle on tax assignments such monthly & year tax declaration with other tax agency 

👉🏻Input accounting data into system and check senior accountant/supervisor for Factory operation 

👉🏻Updating ledgers, researching and resolving discrepancies and preparing monthly ageing report 

👉🏻Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current 

👉🏻Keep good relationship with related authority such as MOC/GDT 

👉🏻Implement and setting up accounting policies/SOP 

👉🏻Other tasks will be assigned by direct manager

Job Requirement :

👉🏻Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance or related field 

👉🏻Experience at least 5 years with Accounting Skill with real estate or another field 

👉🏻Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems 

👉🏻Good at English or Chinese (optional) communication and computer literacy 

👉🏻Must be a team player and able to deliver along with team 

👉🏻Has a good team and goal-orientated and inter-personal skills 

👉🏻Strong leadership, highly motivation, and problem-solving skills 

👉🏻Keep confidentiality of accounting and finance information 

👉🏻Strong Be creative, initiative and good at multitasking 

👉🏻High level of efficiency, accuracy and responsibility
