+Job description: • Analyze the requirements of the company and organize IT the resources of the company accordingly • Evaluating the needs of the company and choosing the most suitable software, hardware and other IT requirements such as networking • Provide troubleshooting solutions • Ensure that all IT requirements of a company are fulfilled • Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure such as servers and network connections, besides hardware and software • Ensuring security of the physical and virtual components of Information Technology such as security of the server rooms and installing virus protections and firewalls • Work with the team on projects to ensure that the product that we are delivering is meeting the requirements and are error free • Report errors quickly and efficiently to management teams • Help troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis

+Job Requirements: • Bachelor Degree of Information Technology/Computer Science • Understanding on Internet Security & Microsoft firewall concept • At least two years of relevant experience • Good experience in Hardware and Software troubleshoots • Good commend in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening) • Highly responsible for accurate work completion to meet deadline • Strong interpersonal communication skill, Be honest, teamwork
