Main Core Responsibility:

• Coordinate  with stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the project.
• Acts  as a catalyst to resolve project problems and conflicts, escalation  when necessary.
• Ensures  that impacted teams are involved and informed as early as possible  in the project management process.
• Monitor  team activities and corporate with the direct manager and others  departments to solve issues if any.
• Push  subordinates to implement the policy of the company.
• Orient  the challenge for each subordinate following the team challenge.
• Make  a plan to develop the skill of a subordinate as direct manager’s  requirement.
• Monitor  performance and coaching subordinates in the development process,  management skill and solving method.
• Support  pre-sales activities, includes consulting, proposing solutions and  estimation.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s  Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other  IT-related fields.
• 3~5  years’  experience  in Software/ Business Analyst or at least 3 years’  experience  in System Project Management for developing & implementing Based  Software Solutions.
• Direct  experience from the Automotive and/or Industrial sector would be a  plus.
• Good  at English language.
• At  least 1+ years’  experience  in Software development life cycle is a plus
• Strong  problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to  work.
• Able  to work under a tight schedule.
• Able  to build team work spirit and always continuously motivating  subordinates
