* Major Duties and Responsibilities : 

•  Controlling Cash/Bank balances and preparing monthly cash projection and submit the weekly, monthly report
•  Checking and approval all transactions posted by accountant.
•  Checking and posting all transactions entered by Executive-account
•  Preparing and post all month-end entries
•  Checking all line accounts and make sure to be couriered to principals on time.
•  Follow up and communicate with principal in receiving the payment as well as make sure all the invoices due have been paid on time to trade suppliers.
•  Dealing with outsiders (bank, auditors, tax Officer,...) for all the needs required.
•  Reviewing, verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies for monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and prepare the monthly / quarterly / yearly report for the management.
•  Examine, analyse accounting records, and financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and submit to Head-Finance & Commercial on time.
•  Preparing and compute Annual Tax on Profit. • Managing/Supervising the Finance Team, encouraging and building mutual trust, respect,

and cooperation among team members. • Prioritizing, organizing, and accomplish daily work efficiency and effectively. • Other assigned tasks by Head-Finance & Commercials.

* Job Requirements : 

•  BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
•  Professional qualification such as ACCA/CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus;
•  Proficient user of finance software;
•  Fluent in English; Can speak Chinese priority
•  Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
•  Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate accounting and financial processes are being used;
•  A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles;
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
