Duties:
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth sales, trends, customers,products
- Develop sales strategies and propose activity plan to achieve sales volume and company objective
- Arrange business meetings with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone
- Managing and retaining existing clients and customers' expectations
- Develop new sales channels and act as business development to create new sales
- Build a Sales Network and Customer Database to grow sales volume
- Following up on new business opportunities and setting up new business sales channels for new Business
- Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
- Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
- Weekly and monthly reports to the CEO
- Other tasks will ask by the CEO
Requirements - Age 30-40, Cambodian candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales/ Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in real estate (Leasing building, rental office, resident or sell the buildings) or have experience in sales & marketing in Banking or construction materials products
- If you have experience in an office or bedding supply, construction materials products, real estate (Leasing building, rental office, resident or sales building is a priority
- An individual with a positive mindset, strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, outgoing person.
- High-level communication skills
- Good English capabilities is a must be an advantage
- Flexible working hours
