* Main Responsibility :

1. Develops marketing plan (daily, weekly, monthly or   yearly) and sales strategy to ensure obtaining the company sales goals.
2. Create customer list and maintain full information   of opportunities, tasks and customer visits.
3. Establish company branding and work with the sales   and marketing team to provide support materials for their business   objectives.
4. Build and manage the overall marketing plan,   activity plan, budgeting and resources needed to accomplish the marketing   target and sale target too.
5. Conduct marketing research (Competitor Marketing   Research) on other projects to analyze and generate insights to improve the marketing   and    sales strategy.
6. Manage the report and utilize social media and   digital platforms as a professional tool for marketing way.
7. Increase qualified subscribers for the company   social media  channels/pages/accounts.
8. Produce engaging and value contents for company advertisement    channels to attract and convert into right target customers
9. Manage on event organizing and ensure all event   materials are presented  timely and accurately to stakeholders and attendees.
10. Prepare the event report and analyze event   performance, data, feedback & overall result.
11. Provide report weekly, monthly and annual of   Marketing department to management.
12. Other tasks as assigned by Management.

* Job Requirements : 

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales manager preferably in the property industry.
3. Leadership skill, strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded
4. Be smart, honest, friendly, hardworking, high initiative and passion
5. Good problem-solving skill, team work and considerable.
6. Good in English (writing and speaking)
7. Experience of managing individuals and teams
8. Good communication and reporting skills.
