Job Tittle : Senior Finance Officer
+Duties and responsibility:
Oversee and manage daily accounting and finance functions including timely recording of transactions, cash management, banking, payroll, inventory, receivables, andpayables. Plan and implement systems for financial operations including systems for cash flowmanagement, budgeting, consolidation of accounting information, internal controls,financial reporting, and financial record-keeping. Train and supervise finance staff. Maintain banking relations, plan and monitor cash flow requirements to ensure the smooth operation Prepare monthly, yearly financial report for review to Finance Manager, including general ledger files, account reconciliations, expenditures by cost center/project, as well as other financial information in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in developing annual fiscal year budgets with the Finance Manager Review and verify invoice to customer, payment to vendor, purchase order, and so on. Ensure payments received and check deposits are timely recorded and properly coded Prepare Financial Modeling for each project Issue quotation price to customer Maintain the General Ledger subsidiary journals including cash receipts and cash disbursements, ensuring accuracy and keep book-keeping up to date Implement financial policies and procedures Coordinate, review and endorse responses to audit queries from internal and external audits and ensure the implementation of accounting audit recommendations. Perform other relevant duties as required.
