Supervise and coordinate all area of event produc-on, including planning, budge-ng, and post- event analysis . Join, plan and support CSR ac-vity as needed . Responsible to plan, execute all internal and external company events . Responsible to source vendors and nego-ate on pricing to minimize cost . Work closely with sales and marke-ng teams to iden-fy, source and close event opportuni-es . Work closely with design team to ensure that you have all crea-ve assets and marke-ng collateral required to present our branding in the best possible light . Work closely with merchandise team to ensure stock is available prior to any event or ac-va-on . Communicate effec-vely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment is correct . Create a post event reports to ensure event effec-veness and iden-ty areas for next improvement . Update event budget, track spending and carry out reconcilia-ons . A[end events to oversee all the execu-ons . Others tasks assigned by company requirements: . 3+ years of relevant work experience in Events marke-ng & planning . Degree in PR & Events, Marke-ng, Communica-ons or a related discipline . Proven track record of delivering highly impacaul and commercially effec-ve customer facing events . Ability to think on your feet and solu-ons focused . A great networker and nego-ator with strong interpersonal skills . Experience working as part of a larger team and able to manage and mentor junior staff when required . Great a[en-on to detail . Knowledge of design and media is a plus . Outcome focused
