+ Key Tasks &Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate all area of event production, including planning, budgeting, and post-event analysis
• Join, plan and support CSR activity as needed
• Responsible to plan, execute all internal and external company events
• Responsible to source vendors and negotiate on pricing to minimize cost
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify, source and close event opportunities
• Work closely with design team to ensure that you have all creative assets and marketing collateral required to present our branding in the best possible light
• Work closely with merchandise team to ensure stock is available prior to any event or activation
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment is correct
• Create a post event reports to ensure event effectiveness and identity areas for next improvement
• Update event budget, track spending and carry out reconciliations
• Attend events to oversee all the executions
• Others tasks assigned by company

+ Minimum requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Events marketing & planning
• Degree in PR & Events, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
• Proven track record of delivering highly impactful and commercially effective customer facing events
• Ability to think on your feet and solutions focused
• A great networker and negotiator with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience working as part of a larger team and able to manage and mentor junior staff when required
• Great attention to detail
• Knowledge of design and media is a plus
