IT Support
* Job Description :
➢ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
➢ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
➢ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
➢ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
➢ Setting up accounts for new users
➢ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
➢ Testing new technology
➢ Possibly training junior staff
* Job Requirement :
➢ Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field, preferred
➢ 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
➢ Experience troubleshooting systems
➢ Skilled in database programming and software installation
➢ Proficient with MAC and OS
➢ Excellent written and oral communication skills
➢ Familiar with a range of software and hardware
