Duties: 

  •  Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth sales, trends, customers, products
  •   Develop sales strategies and propose activity plan to achieve sales volume and company objective 
  •  Arrange business meetings with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone 
  •  Managing and retaining existing clients and customers' expectations
  •  Develop new sales channels and act as business development to create new sales
  •  Build a Sales Network and Customer Database to grow sales volume
  •  Following up on new business opportunities and setting up new business sales channels for new Business 
  •  Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
  •   Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
  •   Weekly and monthly reports to the CEO
  •   Other tasks will ask by the CEO

Requirements

  •  Age 30-40, Cambodian candidate 
  • Male or Female
  •  Bachelor’s degree in business, sales/ Marketing, or a related field 
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in real estate (Leasing building, rental office, resident or sell the buildings) or have experience in sales & marketing in Banking or construction materials products
  •   If you have experience in an office or bedding supply, construction materials products, real estate (Leasing building, rental office, resident or sales building is a priority
  •  An individual with a positive mindset, strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, outgoing person.
  •   High-level communication skills 
  • Good English capabilities is a must be an advantage. 
  •  Flexible working hours

Working condition:

  •  Six days a week: Mon-Sat
  •  Timing: 8 AM – 5 PM
