Job Description:  

The CFO, or Chief Financial Officer, is a top executive leadership position in the company and this role is ultimately  responsible for the financial strategy and financial vitality of the company. The CFO helps establish and direct the  company’s financial goals and objectives, its budget, and the leadership and management of the finance department.  The CFO reports directly to the CEO and should be prepared to be a catalyst for company growth, ready to produce  results, and able to cultivate a high-performing team.

Financial Reports and Financial Analysis  

• Responsible for the on-time preparation and accuracy of all financial statements including income  statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental  agency reports, etc.  
•  Provide CEO and top management with a real-time financial dashboard with key company metrics  overviewing the company’s financial health and performance 
•  Analyze financial data and prepare reports and recommendations to the CEO and top management  concerning the company’s financial performance 
•  Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial and managerial reports 
•  Conduct effective risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments

and Qualifications: 

1. 7-10 years of successful organizational leadership experience at executive    level 
2. 3-5 years work experience in property development sector preferred 
3. CPA or ACCA certification preferred 
4. Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred  
5. Native Khmer speaker preferred  
6. Advanced level proficiency in English 
7. Must have excellent interpersonal skills; written and oral communication     skills 
8. Excellent people skills, with an ability to be a part of a dynamic leadership    team 
9. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and    results-orientation
