* Responsibilities : 

- Analyze various industries to identify prospective clients/ investment targets 

- Understand clients’ needs and formulate recommendable financing options 

- Communicate with existing, prospective clients, investors, and relevant   regulators 

- Support Corporate Finance Team in conducting comprehensive due  diligence (financial, commercial, operational) and produce relevant  documents 

- Evaluate accounting processes, analyze clients’ financial statements, and  develop valuation models 

- Support Corporate Finance Team in deal execution 

- Maintain knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable to Investment  Banking transactions 

- Perform other related tasks required by the Company 

* Requirement : 

- University degree relating to the financial sector (Banking, Finance,   Accounting or Economics) or an equivalent degree in the financial sector or   have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry. 

* Special Characteristics : 

- Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Khmer 

- Working knowledge of accounting and finance 

- Analytical and problem-solving skills 

- Research capability and ability to find insights from analyzing financial  statements 

- Excellent organizational and communication skills 

* Preferred : 

-  Experience in the securities business or financial activities .Corporate Finance Analyst / Associate
