Responsibilities:

•   Onboard potential vendors on the platform via phone calls
•   Create content from restaurant menu photo and transfer the information   to excel template according to the right format
•   Assist the sales team on call training sessions with potential vendors on "how to sell on Jindu Mall 
•   Setting up relevant accounts for potential vendors for them to start   selling on Jindu Mall
•   Able to understand and operate applications
•   Assist with datasets on data extraction, cleaning, analysis and    presentation
•   Provide recommendations for process improvements
•   Assist in process documentation
•   Any other adhoc tasks as requested by your manager

Requirements:

•   Highly communicative with a pleasant personality
•   Fluent in written and spoken English; other language skills is a plus
•   Proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives on meeting targets
•   Prior call center experience a plus, but not compulsory
•   Proficient in excel
