ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• MEP Coordinator: Point of contact between Consultant and Contractor. Review Shop Drawings and collate comments for approval.
• Review all MEP material submissions, technical specification approvals based from Consultant Design Specs.
• Deliver accurate MEP Reports: Coordination & Construction Stage
• Manage MEP Works, Contractors and Site Engineers
• Delegate work to Site Engineers: Review of drawings, inspections and reports.
• Track site progress of MEP Works compile reports (weekly progress reports)
• Oversee MEP Site Inspections: Sign off all inspections upon review of correct installation
• Deliver appropriate level of technical advice and support for designated responsibilities
• Lead Testing & Commissioning: Understand requirements
• Review As Built Drawings (MEP) and Operational and Maintenance Manuals: Ensure the drawings reflect comments and site installation

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical /Building Services Engineering or related field
• 8 years’ experiences in related field,
• Precise and detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Critical Thinking, Multi-tasking
• Provide strong problem solving skills & technical advice
• Proficient with Auto Cad and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on site/outdoors and in a Team environment
• English language skills in both written and spoken English
