+ Job Responsibilities:

1. Advise the senior executive and internal management team about resolution of a diverse range of legal, regulatory and compliance matters which impact the organization's capacity to achieve its strategic goals.
2. Analyze and interpret complex policy, legal and regulatory issues, to prepare high quality and d submissions, reviews, and recommendations to facilitate the decision making of our leaders, enhancing the decision-making process.
3. Keep up to date the contemporary legal advancements, develop innovative policies and legal terms in response to the challenging operational requirements of our organization.
4. Lead and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal service's delivery and daily operations to create and ensure that our policy, legal and regulatory compliance align with our strategy.
5. Identify, minimize, and manage challenges, and risks.
6. Assess and respond to the impact of changes in the operating environment on relevant legislation, legal, policy and regulatory frameworks to ensure a high-level integration with the broader context, including the direction and collaboration with the government.

+ Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Business and Commercial Law or any relevant degree related to the job.
2. Minimum of 7-year experience in Legal management 3. A Lawyer and certified as an Attorney
3. Ability to identify and analyze complex issue/problems in management level, recommend, and implement solution.
4. Ability to manage office functions economically and efficiently, plan work, maintain good interpersonal relations and communications with lawyers and support staffs.
5. Display excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
6. Ability to evaluate and weigh all legal aspects and/or situation to provide solutions with the aim of protecting the legal rights of the organization.
7. Model the highest standards of ethical behavior and reinforce them.
