* Job Responsibilities :

1. Assess candidates using behavioral based interviewing in order to ensure top quality talent is selected
2. Assisting in recruiting process, interview techniques, and selection criteria
3. Stay current on recruitment trends by maintaining and enhancing a network of contacts in the industry, participating in industry events and professional associations
4.  Partner with management in the proactive sourcing of talent for critical skill areas in order to build talent pipeline
5. Create and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent, both passive and active
6. Internally market our services to employees and managers, promoting our value add and expertis
7. Drive the candidate selection process and ensure managers have the tools needed to select the most qualified candidate
8. Ensure all staffing processes are fair and equitable and comply with all relevant government regulations
9. Manage and/or participate in projects as needed
