* About the job Tax Accounting Supervisor :

 - Review tax working and tax payments 

 - Review and correct process errors, causing incorrect tax payment and tax    filling 

- Review necessary paperwork for tax payment and returns 

- Monthly and yearly reconcile per ta and per accounting to find out potential   tax risk 

- Estimate and track tax returns 

- Complete monthly and annual tax reports 

- Challenge and solve tax matter raise up by tax auditors 

- Organize and update the companys tax database 

- Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals 

- Share financial data with the accounting department 

- Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits 

- Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes 

- Liaise with internal and external auditors 

- Challenge with tax auditors in unclear point of Law on Taxation 

- Write a protest letter to the tax department and also ruling letter when   required 

- Coordinate with TP Consultant and Consultant in providing documents and  get a - comprehensive tax advise 

- Do all the assign work by the line manager 

* Job Requirement  :

- At least 3 year experiences as leader in tax advisor or tax adult required  

- Experience in working with Tax Auditors, Ministry of Commerce, City Hall and  other related 

* authorities  :

- Good English in communication both speaking and writing 

 - Computer literacy (Ms Excel and Words)

 - Holding a tax agent certificate is compulsory 

 - Knowledge in Cambodia Tax System, and Cambodian Tax Law 

- Accounting knowledge and bookkeeping procedure in compulsory
