• Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the operation field or related.
• Language: Khmer and English
• Hard Skill: Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Internet – Email)
• Soft Skill: Detail-oriented, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Problem-solving skills, Leadership Confident, self-motivated, and working under pressure.
• Good operation and management skills; and excellent supervisory skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems. Ability to think strategically; Ability to think critically; 2.) Benefits and Working Conditions
• Working Time: D 7:00am~11:00am | 12:00am~16:00pm N 16:00pm~20:00pm | 21:00am~01:00am
• Working Days: Operation and Operation support 6 days/week ~ 8 hours/day or night shift.
• Holiday: Public / Legal holiday per Gov’t officially announced
• Insurance: Health & Accident and work-related injury & accident insurance coved by NSSF.
•  Annual leave: 18 days per year and 1.5 days per month (Follow Labour Law in Cambodia).
• Legal benefit: Seniority Payment 7.5 days, once every 6 months, and eligible only for UDC
