HR Manager
Responsibility
- Develop, implement and set up of all necessary Human Resource and Administration procedures and policies and internal rule and regulation for The Park City in Poipet.
- Develop an Organizational Chart of the Company.
- Providing expert and professional advice to management and employees on Human Resource and administration practices of the Company.
- Ensure a professional quality of services to all employees and management of the company on the aspect of Recruitment management, Training and Development management, Payroll Management and Procedure and Policies.
- Manage and control staff’s payroll and laborer’s payrolls as well setting up process of payroll system.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees and labors, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Provide expert and professional advice to management and employees on staff salary scale / Rankings and level.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions,
- Manage the relationship with the MOL on work of monthly staff movement declaration, staff work permit and work permit for a foreigner staff as well as NSSF.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Supervise the routine administration affairs including office environment arrangement, internal administration memo announcement, dorm management, and canteen and cleaning service.
- Other assignment that may assigned by Director.
