1. Has an excellent understanding of the local agrochemical market
2. Has  agrochemical pesticide-related marketing experience
3. Has  knowledge of mainstream active ingredients of agrochemical  pesticides
4. Has team-leading experience and team-managing skills
5. Has  experience in product planning
6. Can  work independently and has strong executive ability
7. Have  experience in products field trials and be able to carry out trials  and demonstrations
8. Be  able to speak fluently and write accurately in English or Mandarin
9. Be  able to use Microsoft Office
