+Overall Responsibilities:

The Stock Controller will be responsible for managing the inventory and purchase merchandise based on our company’s needs. The role will be included tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing.

+ Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
• Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases
• Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals
• Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed
• Receive and check incoming stock against delivery documentation
• Track shipments and address any delays
• Inspect stock for damage or defects and report any discrepancies to suppliers
• Allocate storage space for new stock arrivals and ensure safe and tidy / organized storage at all times
• Coordinate regular inventory audits
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of operations

Other tasks assigned by management.

+ Minimum requirements:

• FLUENT: Very Good English: a must.
• High school, bachelor’s degree in   business administration or Management or equivalent
• Fast learner on admin and stock   controller task has assigned by supervisor is considerable
• Computer: Microsoft Word / Excel:   good knowledge required
• Functions well in a multi-task   environment
• Strong communication and   inter-personal skills.
