* Job Description : 

- Managing all digital marketing activities and marketing activities within the marketing department of the company 

- Build Facebook Pages awareness of the company to increase sales volume  - Develop marketing campaign and promotion both direct marketing activities   and advertising strategies to drive sales of products to grow sales channels  - Manage Facebook Pages, websites, and Apps. Turn these pages, websites,   and apps to generate sales volume for the company. 

 - Create and develop a digital media strategy (E-commerce) & drive digital    marketing to grow sales volume

 - Develop marketing strategies plan and implement

 - Analyse daily sales, and marketing activities identify issues and opportunities, and provide a recommendation to the manager  

-  Set up promotional planning and implementing campaigns daily, weekly and   monthly 

 - Monitor digital marketing campaigns such as the design of content, anal    results of engagement/impression

 - Daily and weekly create Facebook content, video content,… and execute to   improve company digital marketing 

 -  Build good relationships with business partners and suppliers

 - Overseeing the company’s social media or homepage, E-commerce to    ensure the effectiveness of the advertising

 - Analyse competitor digital activities and report digital market intelligence to    the manager weekly 

 - Join daily, and weekly meetings with the team 

 - Do presentations about digital marketing activities update in meeting    weekly 

 - Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and ensues employee discipline among teams - Report weekly & monthly related to digital marketing result 

 - Other tasks assigned by the Manager  

*  Requirements : 

- Age 25-40, Cambodia  candidate 

- Male or Female 

- Bachelor’s in Marketing or in any related fields 

- Minimum 3– 5 year experience in digital Marketing (E-commerce) 

- Build strong relationship with team works 

- Be honest, courtesy and highly responsible and initiative person 

- An individual with positive mind set, strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills and good appearance 

- Strong ability creative content planning, writing and process management,  and implement the  whole project independently  

- Good in English capabilities is priority 

- Be able working under pressure   

- Flexible working hours
