* Job Description  :

The Head of Sales will be responsible for the entire Sales Department and producing revenue targets for the company through the sales team. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3-5 years of provable sales leadership in  a  reputable  company  and  has  achieved  expert  status  in  staff  development  and  coaching.  The  Head  of  Sales exemplifies a person of high-energy, a “can-do” attitude, and a leader who can achieve objectives through a team. 

* Job Functions :

  1.  Lead, manage, and develop a high-performance sales team that exceeds targets and goals on a regular basis. 
  2.  Work closely with the CEO to establish effective sales targets, strategies, and action plans for the entire Sales Department.  
  3.  Set  individual  sales  targets  with  team  members  and  hold  them  accountable  to  achieve  their  targets by ensuring they have the necessary training, tools, and techniques to meet targets.  
  4. Ensure  that  every  member  of  the  sales  team  confidently  follows  the  company  sales  process  with  every customer they engage with.  
  5. Conduct  dynamic  staff  meetings,  both  in  a  group  and  1:1  format,  for  ongoing  coaching,  development, feedback, and correction.  
  6. Model expert sales techniques to the team and take the lead to onboard new sales consultants through robust and dynamic training.  
  7. Join  in  sales  calls  with  sales  consultants  and  customers  to  observe  and  provide  feedback  to  each  sales consultant.  
  8. Help struggling sales consultants to close deals by meeting with customers, overcoming objections, finding solutions, and adding additional incentives to help the customer decide to buy.  
  9. Ensure  all  sales  consultants  are  using  the  CRM  (customer  relationship  management)  tool  effectively  and accurately.  
  10.  Ensure  all  sales  consultants  are  maximizing  their  time  at  work  by  spending  their  time  prospecting  for  new customers, following up with leads, or meeting with customers in person.  
  11. Recruit, grow, and support and effective network of independent sales agents. 
  12.  Ensure  sales  consultants  create  and  use  their  own  personal  business  plan  for  achieving  success  as  a  Borey Williams sales consultant, and that they practice their plan. 

* Skills and Qualifications : 

  1.  3-5 years of successful sales leadership experience is preferred 

  2.  3-5 years in real estate sales experience is preferred 

  3.  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field       preferred 

  4.  Intermediate proficiency in English

  5.  Must have excellent interpersonal skills; written and oral communication       skills

  6.  Excellent people skills, with an ability to be a part of a dynamic leadership       team 

  7. Khmer national, or fluent in Khmer
