Product Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
▪️ Forecast number and kind of manpower needed to support achievement of department objective
▪️ Develop performance measurement, Review / evaluating and approve the probationary period of Field Force.
▪️ Set up performance management improvement program
▪️ Manage best practice sharing
▪️ Deliver training of product knowledge and strategy
▪️ Improves competency / capability / productivity of sales team through training, career development, coaching and counseling etc.
▪️ Ensure business process implementation and improvement
▪️ Develop the monitoring tools by adapting new advance technology
▪️ Monitoring and update business process to respective department
▪️ Ensure that every key activities should have contract that already approved by Legal Department
▪️ Lead distribution development process (identify, assess, appoint and development) (if required)
▪️ Ensure implementation and improve business process (distribution management, report system, supply chain management, human capital etc)
▪️ Review distributor performance
Minimum 5 years professional in Sales and Marketing experiences with at least 3
years experiences as Sales Supervisor / Product Executive Prior work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not necessary
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Performance management experience – coaching, mentoring/counseling,
motivating, disciplining, delegating, etc
- Ability to present to high level executives
- Fluent English essential, ability to speak at least one other Asian language is desirable
