Main Tasks

• Proactive Marketing - Identify potential key clients and develop strong working relationship in order to obtain upstream information on current and upcoming projects.
• Technical Specifications Development - Identify upstream projects and work closely with consultants/designer/contractor/owner in developing TOA Construction Chemicals product specifications into the projects   
• Corporate Image - To work closely with "Marketing Team" on the corporate image to be presented to the market through brochures, advertisements, newsletters, events, etc.
• Corporate Profile - Increase the awareness of TOA products and services in the market through carefully select medias of industry magazines, technical articles, technical presentations at conferences and exhibitions. 
• Product Development - To work closely with the "Technical Teams" to support development and innovation of new products and services to meet market demands. 
• Analysis - Conducts analysis of market, customers, competition, latest trends and product development opportunities.         
• Liaison-Be the ambassador of the company in the construction industry. Represent the company in various trade forums, customer groups, influencer groups and standards development authorities.  

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

• Education: Bachelor's degree, major in civil engineering, architecture, marketing or relevant fields
• . Working Experience: minimum 2 years in design or architecture company, construction, or relevant industries.
• Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Email).
• Willing to learn attitude and quick learner.
•  Basic understanding of construction chemical products is an advantage. 
• Motivated to learn new skills and technologies.
• Being proactive, flexible, can travel and stay overnight in other provinces.
• Good interpersonal skill and teamwork mind set
• Language: Proficient in Khmer & English. Chinese would be a plus
