* Job Responsibilities & Duties : 

Contribute directly to the sales, profitability and business growth of the branch / bank.

•  Identify business opportunities from retail and high net worth clients including business referral to management.
•  Introduce, promote, market all Bank's products & services inclusive loans or deposits products, bankcard, fee-based transaction

services, electronic service delivery channels & etc.

•  Achieved the business sales target, i.e. loans or deposits target.
•  Expand the clientele based through networking, business referral, constant follow-up, cold-calls & etc.
•  Attend to all customer enquiries, feedback, complaints on bank's products & services. Ensure complaints are resolved expediently and to customers' satisfaction.
•  Attend & assist to customer needs in bank's products & services application.
•  Refer customer to insurance specialist for Banca Sales.

To promote digital product to our new and existing customer.

•  To refer business to business banking sales.
•  To collect and prepare all required documents/information from customer for all products including deposits & loans application and timely closure of business deals & in compliance with bank's regulated policy.
•  To keep track of own sales performance and prepare individual business performance reporting.
•  Participate in business development, marketing, promotion campaign & activities.
•  Other task/project as assigned.

* Job Requirements : • Proven experience as a personal banker, experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Knowledge of personal banking practices and regulations

Familiarity with banking software; excellent use of MS Office

Ability to work diligently to meet targets

•  Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•  Customer-oriented approach to handling problems
•  BSc/BA in Finance, Accounting or similar field preferred
