Job Responsibilities

• Manage sales team and key construction channels to achieve the target by winning the project opportunity
• Plan & develop strategy for the sales team
• Build up relationships with key customers
• Keep following up with our customers to make sure that their orders are well aware in advance
• Define the customer’s requirements and apply them to the contract and site work
• Prepare monthly sales orders and sales report and sale forecast report
• Following up payment with responsibilities
• Satisfying customers with good service, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Job Requirement

• Foreigner (European is preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant field
• 5year experience in project sales management including elevator sales experiences
• High Knowledge of elevator products and installation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Sound of English languages & computer literacy
• Excellent morals, professionalism
• High patients and strong commitment
