MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Manage budget plan to make sure operation are link to company planed.
- Analyze and customize another expense
- Optimize staffing and operational resources
- Increase more productivity for service and products
- Customer service Perform managerial tasks for department such as review of working time to ensure completion and accuracy, time off/sick requests, employee evaluations, and leading operating meetings
- Training employees to keep them on the leading edge of the industry, providing them with the best tools to perform their daily
- Performing quality assurance with recent customer contacts to make sure their issues are resolved 100% and received quality, Investigation process to our competitor relate with Service Satisfaction.
- Responsibilities Handle escalated technical issues within the department, providing the best solution for the customer Ensure all tickets systems, system audits, etc. are being followed up on and kept current.,
- Revise existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new technological requirements, Track service visits, recoveries, and areas with consistent service issues to help determine areas with possible issues.
- Act as the liaison between Networking & Customer Care, escalating higher level problems to be resolved quickly, Getting the operational achievement report to analysis and improve action plan, Work with other departments to ensure operational consistency process improvement to customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge and Education
- Possess a Master Degree in IT or relevant fields.
- A proven track record in IT management, graduate calibre with appropriate IT or business professional qualification.
- Knowledge of Products development, Manage Support Operation, Business Analyst/Project Management Change management processes, Office business applications.
- Significant knowledge and experience of strategic planning, implementing and Managing sections, IT, Technical Support, Solution, Product development.
2. Experience
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT, Technical Support, Solution, and Products Development.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT, Technical Support in ISP industry.
- Experience in controlling information technology budget
- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Strong technical background, previous experience with process improvement.
3. Job Skills
- Good leadership abilities, Negotiation skills, Analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and Strategic thinking.
