* RESPONSIBILITY :

• Oversees day-to-day operation of branch to make sure it runs smoothly.
• Controls and takes care of all branch property and assets.
• Designs branding and promotions activities involved in the branch.
• Analyses customer satisfactory survey and provides preventive and correction action toward any issues related to the quality of branch dental service.
• Coordinates the training for all staff members in order to work effectively efficiently
• Monitors daily income and expense of the branch.
• Checks, verifies, approves and controls all the documents or invoice of the branch.
• Checks and verifies the payroll of the branch.
• Participates in the meeting with other management to raise visibility.
• Enhances reputation and branding of the clinic.
• Manages and organizes staffs’ tasks and make good collaboration with other branches.
• Disseminates and monitors all policies, rules and   regulations to the staff in order to accomplish, stands as the discipline implementer, self-discipline and be a good leader by example.
• Checks, monitors and evaluates staff performance.
• Acts as motivator to good staffs and ensure that non-performance staff received warning and punishment.
• Checks and controls branch ordering and inventory stock.
• Performs tasks as assigned by line manager.

* QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE : 

• Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or Marketing.
• At least 3 year experiences in managing the branch of dental clinic or sales and marketing
• Knowledgeable of dental terminology and office procedure.
• In-dept knowledge about sales and marketing sector in Cambodia.
• Knowledgeable in accounting, human resource management and administrative principles.
• Excellent skill in English both in writing and verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal skill and problem solving skill.
• Friendly, dedication, flexibility and honestly.
• Able to work in the pressured environment.
