Major job description
- - Define HR strategies, policies, and interventions according to business challenges to help the company achieve business goals.
- Design and review organization structure to ensure alignment with business strategies and requirements.
- Manage all recruitment processes for full time employees (Job Post – Onboarding) and coordinate with outsource vendor for recruitment processes for fixed contract employees.
- Maintain all employees data and ensure their accuracy and up-to-date.
- Prepare HR Monthly Dashboard and submit to JWD Group VP HR.
- Prepare monthly payroll data, upload payroll to e-banking and send to Finance team for payment process
Requirement of competency
Knowledge requirement
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- Major in human resource management / related field
- Advance excel and presentation skills and making the report
- Good experience in human resource management at least 2 years level of management

- Well-understand of legal process and labor law
- Well-understand of personal income tax / tax on salary
- Knowledge of build up or develop the humane resource, salary survey, job description & competency, and compensation & benefit policy
- Proving management training skill provide to staffs
- 10 years experience in humane resource in the relevant position
- Able to discuss, sharing and planning in the mater with other department
