I.) Summary of Position

To efficiency related to brand Functioning, the Brand Executive position was established to provide. efficiency marketing activities for both ATL and BTL to promote our brand to the market and consumers. BE will submit her or his monthly report to the senior Marketing Supervisor for all BTL activities, Competitor Movement Reports, and all BTL activities, Monitoring on Results of each campaign activity vs. plan. 

2 .) Key Measurement Areas

  1. Activities  Bases Monitoring.
  2. Budget  Controlling and Monitoring.
  3. Competitor  Movement.

II.) Reporting Structure

- Immediate Supervisor : Senior Marketing Supervisor

IV. ) Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle  day-to-day marketing/brand-related activities
  • Effectively  dealing with suppliers (production, printing, and advertising  agencies)
  • Communicate  with the regional office in developing POSMs, Brochure, Detailing  materials
  • Update  budget spending & breakdown on monthly-basis
  • Prepare  brand marketing report and update work in progress
  • Deal  with other departments in order to achieve objectives and timelines with  result-oriented
  • Prepare monthly, and yearly sales volumes with a comparison of last year, YTD target.
  • Conduct market and clinic visits on monthly basis to properly identify key issues and actions.
  • Other tasks assigned by CCO and CEO

V.) Profile and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Economics, and equivalent degree
  • 2  years of experience in the Marketing field with an FMCG company
  • Knowledge of Computer – MS Office
  • English is a must
  • Strong  communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage timely changes.
  • Fast  learner/ Open to learning new things
  • Dynamic,  willing to grow and challenge attitude
  • Assigned  by management
