Job Responsibilities :

_Working with the executive team such as marketing director or managing director to set the marketing strategy for the business

_Establish positioning, identify target audience and develop marketing plans with specific objective across different channels and segments

_Research and analyzing market trends and competitor

_Overseeing and lead marketing campaign by execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leverage internal support and driving collaboration

_Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insight for future campaign development and go-to-market strategics complete with proposal and recommendation tactics

_Managing the performance of a more junior marketing team that can also include PR and creative staffs

_Negotiation and liaising with third-party marketing agencies

_Writing and delivering content and social media plans

_Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return of investment

_Managing the design and production of promotional material such as website, brochure, flyer and other POSM

_Overseeing the company’s attendance at events such trade show, conference and festival

Job Requirement :

_Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

_3-year experience in marketing communication, public relation, or adverting agency

_Excellent written and verbal communication skills

_Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

_Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

_Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

_Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

_Excellence at English (Speaking, writing, listening, and translation)

_Sound of English Language & Computer literacy (Ms. Office 2015)
